Orders are usually shipped in 2-3 working days.

For orders under €50, the shipping fee is €5 for Belgium and €15 for the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Orders from €50 or more are shipped for free.

In most cases orders will be delivered the next working day after shipping.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, tried on but not used, without stains, with our tags attached, and in its original packaging. Legwear can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.

To return one or more items, please log in to your account and initiate the return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns from Belgium
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. A return fee of €8,50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund, the package must be dropped off at an official parcel drop-off point of the carrier specified on the return label within 5 working days after receiving the return label.

Returns from Other Countries
Customers returning items from outside Belgium must arrange their own return shipment at their own expense. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package, but no return label will be issued. To be eligible for a refund, the package must be shipped within 5 working days after receiving return approval, and you must email us the tracking code as proof of shipment.

Delivery is free for orders totaling €50 or more. However, if you return items from your order, and the remaining order value falls below €50, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
